A1: One piece of sample is acceptable.

Q2:  What is your warranty?
A2: 3 years or 5 years for your option.

Q3:  What is your delivery time?
A3: 3-5 Days for conventional sample orders. 10-15 days for mass production orders (based on different quantities)

Q4:  What is your OEM/ODM service?
A4: Can print your own logo on product, can customize the retail box packing and other things. We have very experienced R&D engineers and we have strong ability to do ODM projects.

Q5:  What is the payment term?
A5: PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, T/T, L/C, D/A.

Q6:  Is there lower shipping cost to import to our country?
A6: For small order, express DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS will be the best. And for bulk orders, by sea is the best but take longer time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
